This Privacy Policy explains how NeilaOps handles personal information when you visit our website, request a demonstration, or contact our team. For questions or privacy requests, contact hello@neilaops.com.

This policy covers our public marketing website, Google sign-in to NeilaOps, and related communications. Data processed within a customer's NeilaOps deployment is governed by the applicable customer agreement and data processing terms. If your organization uses NeilaOps, contact your organization about information it controls.

2. Information we receive

When you request a demo, you may provide your work email, full name, company, role, and a message about your environment or priorities. When you email us, apply for a role, or arrange a meeting, we receive the information you choose to provide and related communications. Please avoid sending passwords, credentials, or sensitive personal information.

Our demo form uses your device's email application to send your details; it does not submit them to a website database. Your email provider also handles that message under its own privacy terms.

Our hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and error information to deliver the website and help maintain its security and availability.

3. Google sign-in

When you choose to sign in to NeilaOps with Google, we receive basic account information authorized by you: your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile information such as your name and profile picture, when provided. We use this information to authenticate you, create or identify your NeilaOps account, and display your profile. Google sign-in does not give us your Google password.

Our Google integration is limited to sign-in. We do not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar events, or your contacts. We do not use Google account information for advertising or to train AI models, and we do not sell it.

Account information is retained while needed to provide your account and meet applicable legal obligations. It may be processed by providers supporting authentication and account hosting only as needed to provide those services, or disclosed as described in this policy where legally required. You can request deletion of your NeilaOps account and associated Google account information by emailing hello@neilaops.com. You can also revoke NeilaOps access in your Google Account's third-party connections settings; revoking access does not itself delete information already held by NeilaOps.

4. How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver demonstrations, discuss requested services, consider employment enquiries, and maintain our business communications. We may also use technical information to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the website and to meet applicable legal obligations.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating a secure website, legal obligations, or your consent where required. You can ask us to stop optional follow-up communications at any time.

5. Cookies and browser storage

The website's theme preference feature uses local storage under the key neila-theme to remember a light or dark appearance. This preference is stored in your browser. You can remove it using your browser's site-data settings.

The website application does not currently include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting services and external websites may have their own data handling practices.

6. Sharing and external services

Information may be handled by service providers used to host the website, deliver email, or arrange meetings, as needed to provide those services. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a business transaction subject to applicable safeguards.

The website links to external services, including Calendly and social platforms. Visiting those services or submitting information to them is subject to their privacy policies. We do not sell personal information collected through this website or use it for targeted advertising.

7. Retention and protection

We retain enquiry and communication information for as long as needed to respond to your request, maintain an ongoing business relationship, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the purpose and context of the information. You may contact us to request deletion.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own; applicable data protection requirements apply to those transfers.
